I have an 04 cavalier and i like a 2007 chev equinox, should i trade up?

my cavalier is a coupe but doesnt have power anything or a sunroof or keyless entry, but this equinox has everything, sunroof, leather seats, new tires, wood trim, heated seats, mp3 jack, chrome wheels but has around 130,000km's...i dont know what to do!!!!!
