Do you miss the innocence of movies like The Wizard of Oz?

Well I'm only seventeen so the stuff we have nowadays is pretty much the stuff I grew up with. But I have watched the wizard of Oz and I liked it alright but when comparing it to more modern movies it's hard to take seriously.
